Correct use of air conditioners and common problems:
1, avoid dust into. Construction machinery and equipment are mostly working in harsh environments, such as excavators, excavators in loading, unloading, handling, mixing lime soil, coal ash, the amount of dust outside the equipment is huge, then the gas channel should be placed in the circulation part, to prevent the dust outside the equipment into.
2. In hot summer, construction machinery and equipment stop in the sun for a long time, and it is very hot in the machine. After opening the air conditioner, a window should be opened, and the window should be closed after the heat flow is discharged.
3. The air conditioner should be applied when the engine temperature is normal (65-95℃); If the engine load work time is longer cause the temperature is too high, must suspend the use of air conditioners, to be used after the temperature is all normal.
4, should prevent the shutdown or to speed, and even under high temperature for a long time to apply the air conditioner, in order to prevent the air conditioner due to the system software temperature and working pressure is too high and destroyed.
5. The wind gear of the air conditioner should be reasonably selected. In order to avoid too much frost in the evaporator and harm the actual effect of system software operation, the exhaust rate and temperature control of the air conditioner should not be placed at a lower limit for a long time. But when the engine speed ratio is less than 1000r/min, the wind power switch should be placed in less gear to prevent the power generation capacity of the generator set and the air conditioner from being insufficient.
6. When applying the air conditioner, it is necessary to maintain the cleaning of the air conditioner system software and often clean the dust on the evaporator to maintain the practical effect of stable heat exhaust and natural ventilation.
7. When the air conditioner is not in use, it is necessary to run the air conditioner for 5-10min every week to facilitate the moistening of the air conditioner system software and avoid internal corrosion of the compressor and other components. But some customers are not in the application, the compressor transmission system tape removed, think that can reduce the damage of the compressor, in fact, this kind of practice is not correct.
8. Attention should be paid to the starting order of the engine and the air conditioner, that is, the engine should be started first, and then the air conditioner should be turned on to prevent the engine from starting difficult with load.
9. When the actual cooling effect of the air conditioner is weak, it must be closed, checked and repaired immediately to avoid the further expansion and evil change of its common faults.
